It started with a moment of pure frustration.

In February 2024, newly arrived in the UK and searching for accessories I could actually wear, I found myself throwing away yet another piece of jewellery that had turned green within days. Cheap, tarnishing pieces that promised so much and delivered so little. I was fed up — and I knew I wasn't alone.

Then came the eureka moment. I remembered a stainless steel jewellery brand I'd loved before — pieces I'd worn and enjoyed for years without a single issue. That memory sparked something: why not create something like this, but better? Something made for women going through exactly what I was going through.

And so, Durinox Accessories was born.

The Journey to Real Gold

We launched as a stainless steel jewellery brand, driven by the belief that women deserve accessories that last. But after five months, I discovered a hard truth: not all manufacturers are honest. Some of the stock we received wasn't fully hypoallergenic as promised. I knew we hadn't reached the standard I'd set out to achieve.

That honesty — with myself and with our customers — led me to search for a better solution. A real solution. And that search brought us to 18K solid gold jewellery.
