3. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK (REVISED)

 

 

3.1 Shipping Service & Security

 

  • Secure Transit: To ensure the safe transit of your valuable gold jewellery, Durinox Accessories partners with reputable, insured courier services.

  • Mandatory Insurance: Shipping costs include mandatory, full-value insurance coverage to protect against potential loss or damage. This is non-negotiable for the security of high-value items.

  • Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded external packaging to maintain discretion and security. The valuable nature of the contents is not marked on the exterior of the parcel.

 

3.2 Delivery Timeframe

 

  • Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 working day of successful payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Commitment: We aim to deliver all domestic orders using a fully tracked and insured service within 2 working days from the time of dispatch.

  • Exclusions: Delivery timescales exclude weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and official UK Bank Holidays. Any orders placed after the cut-off time on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

  • Tracking: Tracking details will be provided to the customer via email upon dispatch.

  • Statutory Right: Notwithstanding our expedited commitment, under UK Consumer Law, all items will be delivered within a maximum of 30 calendar days unless a longer delivery time is specifically agreed upon at the point of sale (e.g., for custom items).

 

3.3 Receipt of Goods and Risk

 

  • Signature Required: Due to the high value of the contents, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. This signature confirms the safe transfer of the goods.

  • Accurate Information: Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate and secure delivery address. DURINOX & CO. LIMITED is not liable for delays, errors, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

  • Risk Transfer: The responsibility for the goods (risk of loss or damage) transfers from DURINOX & CO. LIMITED to the customer at the time of confirmed delivery (when the parcel is signed for at the provided address).

3.4 Accuracy & Responsibility:

Aligning our brand (Durinox’s) commitment to growth, transparency, mutual understanding, and a smoother experience for both ourselves and esteemed customers, please retain all labels and original packaging in an event of a claim.
